The Pembrokeshire Coast Path recently began installing IAT trail blazes along sections of its rugged and scenic coastal trail.
In addition to the most current IAT blaze layout, the IAT Wales blaze incorporates the Welsh language, in keeping with the IAT goal of promoting both cultural and natural heritage.
The Pembrokeshire Coast Path itself twists and turns for 186 miles (298 kilometers)
and takes in some of the most breathtaking coastal scenery in Britain.
Lying almost entirely within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park — Britain’s only coastal national park – the trail displays an array of coastal flowers and bird life, as well as evidence of human activity from Neolithic times to the present.
From Wales the IAT crosses the Irish Sea to Ireland, then north to Scotland.
