The IATNL North Arm Traverse is a 48km (29mi) 2-3 day traverse of North Arm Ophiolite Massif between the Bay of Islands and Trout River Pond in Gros Morne National Park. Hikers must arrange boat transportation across the Bay of Islands to or from the southern startpoint near the IATNL Basecamp in Stowbridges Cove, North Arm.
