Transportation Time: 20-40 minutes by dory from Cox’s Cove, depending on wind conditions. 8-10 hours (21km/12.5mi) by foot from Goose Arm logging road.
Larger groups can arrange zodiac trasportation to or from Corner Brook or Benoit’s Cove with Everoutdoor Adventures based at Saltbox Restaurant in Benoit’s Cove.

To reach the IATNL/Cabox Basecamp at Stowbridges Cove in North Arm, hikers must travel 13km (8mi) in 20-40 minutes by dory (weather dependent) from Cox’s Cove in Middle Arm (see gpx track below) or 25km (15mi) in 30 minutes by zodiac from Benoit’s Cove in Humber Arm. To reach the IATNL/Cabox Basecamp by foot, hikers must depart Goose Arm Road at N49.28731 W57.88920 and hike 21km (12.5mi) across North Arm Hill. See bottom two gpx tracks below.
